Celtic & Appalachian Music at Saluda Inn & Wine Cellar
Traditional Celtic and Appalachian Musicians will perform at Saluda Inn & Wine Cellar on Friday, January 29, 2010.
Fireseed will thrill, dazzle, and delight you with their engaging original music and soulful renditions of traditional Celtic and Appalachian songs and dance tunes.
Crystalline Ruby Muse performs on fiddle, vocals, Irish whistle, and percussion. Daniel Pac performs on double bass, vocals, and percussion. Formerly of Western, MA, they now reside in Asheville, NC.
Their new CD, In the Hazel Wood, features traditional songs and tunes, as well as original compositions that blend elements of jazz, Latin, and Middle Eastern music with Fireseed's old-time sound. To experience Fireseed live is to be transported to a timeless realm of magic and wonder.

National Historic Registered Saluda Inn is located a short walk from town. The newly renovated inn offers 15 guest rooms, each with it's own character,
some with shared baths and others with fireplaces and claw footed tubs.
The size and location of the Inn have been convenient for hosting retreats. Situated in a
peaceful setting of mature trees and pleasant distant views , enjoyed from the horse shoe pit or the wrap around porch.
The Wine Cellar, located in the cellar of the inn, offers guests local music and art on Thursday and
Fridays. An extensive by the glass selection is available with a limited menu.
Rooms are non-smoking only. No pets.
