Waterfalls and Whitewater Featured on UNC-TV's "North Carolina Weekend" Program

The feature starts with an enchanted walk through Pearson's Falls Glen. The short walk fills the senses with the quiet beauty of the more than 200 species of native plants and the nearby rush of Colt Creek as it leads you to powerful 90-foot Pearson's Falls. This 268 botanical preserve is a treat for mind, body and soul!
The story then changes gears with a trip down the Green River. Green River Adventures lead the show's host and a group on an inflatable kayak trip down the family friendly, lower section of the river. Fun and easy adventure was had by all.
