First Peak Visitor Center

Located in the county seat of Columbus, the Polk County Visitor Center provides a wealth of information about the county and surrounding areas. Stop in for brochures on everything from scenic attractions and local wineries to accommodations and restaurants, plus area maps. The staff is glad to answer any questions and help you find the information you need to enjoy a great visit to Polk County.

Hours: Mon - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Staffed most Saturdays by volunteers 10 am - 4 pm

The lobby is always open for access to maps, brochures and more.
